Daily coaching for time-crunched cyclists
Not the hardest workout.
The right one.
No language model decides your training. Tested coaching logic does.
iOS build in testing — pre-launch.

01
One clear daily call
A workout that fits the rider you are today—or rest.
02
Live coaching during the ride
ERG control, spoken cues, live workout data and post-ride review.
03
A coach with a memory
Past attempts, feedback and recurring patterns shape what happens next.
01
Tell it about today
Available time and how you feel.
02
It reads the training context
Recent rides, sleep, HRV, fitness, fatigue, events and previous outcomes.
03
It makes the call
One workout that genuinely fits—or rest.
What should I do today?
Your Strava-derived riding history can shape today’s call without being sent into a language-model prompt.

Why the call is code
We tested the smartest AI.
It wasn’t good enough.
Choosing a convincing workout is easy. Choosing the right one when the signals conflict is harder.
On our hardest coaching cases, each run ten times, the most capable AI model available scored 75% on its own. Smaller models fell to roughly 60% and 45%.
~60%
Smaller general-purpose model
~45%
Lower-cost model commonly used in simple AI wrappers
So we stopped asking AI to decide.
The Coaching Brain determines the day’s optimal workout, taking into account a range of physiological metrics and utilizing an independent safety layer that can reduce the intensity, shorten the session or prescribe rest.

Automated serving gates run on every relevant change during development.
These tests measure whether the system consistently applies its defined coaching philosophy. They aren’t clinical evidence or a guarantee of athletic outcomes.
A coach that remembers the last time.
Coach’s Call remembers how this workout has gone before, how it felt, whether your fitness has changed and where you tend to fade. What happened last time changes what the coach says and does next time.
After the ride, the result and your feedback become context for the next decision.

“You’ve ridden this three times. The last two came in just right.”
“Your FTP is up 12 W since your last attempt.”
“More power at the same heart-rate cost.”

The coach doesn’t disappear when the workout starts.
Connect a compatible smart trainer and Coach’s Call holds the ERG targets, records the ride and speaks when there is something useful to say.

Live power vs. target

Spoken coaching cues
Power, HR and cadence recording
Post-ride Coach’s Read
Coach’s Call controls the prescribed ERG targets. Automatic closed-loop workout adjustment is not currently shipped.
A plan that survives real life.
Flexible today. Deliberate over time.
The plan sets the direction—build, recovery, long-ride progression and tapering. The daily call decides what’s right based on the training you actually completed and the athlete you are today.

Only have 30 minutes?
The workout must genuinely fit.
Rode harder than planned?
That effort shapes today.
Returning after time away?
The dose eases before it builds.
The plan answers
“Where are we going?”
The daily call answers
“What is right today?”

No fake certainty.
FTP is never silently rewritten
The app may estimate a likely range, but changing your working FTP stays your decision.
Thin data is labelled
New athletes see calibration states rather than false confidence.
Easier days are explained
A reduced workout is shown as a deliberate coaching decision.
Help build a more disciplined kind of cycling coach.
We’re inviting a small group of cyclists to test Coach’s Call in real training.
It’s for riders who want one clear daily decision—and who’ll tell us when that decision was right, wrong or missing context.
Beta members will receive
Early access to the daily coaching experience
Smart-trainer and live-coaching features where supported
A direct channel for reporting questionable calls
The opportunity to influence product priorities
Questions riders ask first.
Is Coach’s Call an AI coach?
Why is the daily decision made by code?
Can it tell me to rest?
Does it work with Strava?
Do I need a smart trainer?
Does the workout automatically change while I ride?
When will beta access open?
